Adding Sections

Just like a printed newspaper, you can have multiple sections. You might have sections for sports, weather, events -- or anything you like.

To add a new section, click on the Page Layout tool. Then click on the Sections tab. Under the Sections tab, you can create up to eight sections for your broadcast as well as rename or delete the sections you've already created. You might have sections for sports, weather, your trip to the Grand Canyon, your new granddaughter.... You get the picture. It's a great way to organize your broadcast. On your front page, below the masthead, is a tabbed list of your sections. Your readers just click on the one they want to view.

You'll see a list of your current sections. To add a new one, click on "Add a new section." In the box that comes up, give your new section a name, and then hit "Create a New Section."

When you return to your broadcast you'll see tabs just below the masthead with the names of your sections. Click on your new section to view it. You can then create the look of it -- add text and graphics -- just like you can for your front page. We've placed a few default objects on the newly created page so you can edit them in any way you like.
